Consult Your Warranty Guide: Before proceeding with a Warranty Service Request, we encourage you to refer to your Warranty Guide to ascertain the following:
-Is the request covered by the Warranty?
-Does it align with the standards outlined in the Warranty Guide?
-Who bears responsibility for addressing this item, and what constitutes an acceptable remedy?
Appliance Service Requests: For issues related to kitchen appliances, please direct your inquiries to the respective manufacturer. Refer to your appliance manual for specific instructions on how to proceed.
Service Repair Schedule: Warranty service repairs are scheduled for weekdays during standard working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please ensure your availability during these times to provide access for the necessary repairs.

Complete Your Contact Information: Fill out the required fields with your contact details.
Select Nature of Inquiry: From the drop-down box, select the description that best fits your inquiry.
Provide Detailed Description: Describe the issue you are experiencing and provide as much detail as possible, including location, possible cause if known and photo of defect.
Submit Your Request: Click "Send" to submit your request. Upon successful submission, you will receive an auto-response confirming receipt, and our team will respond to your request promptly.
