Kid-Friendly Holiday Events in Minneapolis

Happy Holidays! Here are some kid-friendly holiday events to enjoy near your homes in Minneapolis MN community.

  1. Black Nativity – This Christmas show written by Langston Hughes and directed by Lou Bellamy will be showing at Penumbra Theatre. Book your tickets now to see the performance through December 24th.
  2. Frozen in Concert – Let it go! Bring your kids out to see Disney Presents Frozen in Concert with the fabulous Minnesota Orchestra. Attend this festive holiday event December 15 to 17 at Orchestra Hall.
  3. Gingerbread Wonderland – Head out to Norway House to see a showcase of gingerbread houses. You’ll see more than 250 gingerbread houses by both professionals and gingerbread aficionados alike. This event takes place from now until January 7th.
  4. Hayden’s Holiday Lights – Do your kiddos enjoy holiday lights? Come out to enjoy Lights on Washburn nightly starting at 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
