Key Land Homes Wins Reggie Award
Many of you have attended the Parade of Homes, but did you know that the home builders on display are also up for awards for their homes? We’re proud to announce that our Parade of Homes entry in the Lakeville MN new homes division won one of the 2021 Fall Reggie Awards.
Since 1968, Housing First Minnesota has presented the Reggie Award℠, recognizing excellence in design and construction of homes in the Parade of Homes. In addition, The Trillium Awards honor the associates and trade partners for their collaboration with these award-winning builders. The home construction category is broken down into different price categories, with recognition of how many homes the company builds each year. Our Sheridan floor plan in the Summers Creek community in Lakeville received the award for outstanding home in the category of $700,000 to $799,999 (Builds 50+ Homes/Year).
