2020 Fall Parade of Homes

Still, the 2020 Fall Parade of Homes is a great experience and this year we’re proud to show off nine homes, including our brand new model in The Meadows of Cleary Lake, which will open its doors for the first time at the start of the Parade of Homes. Of course, you can still visit our other model home at 5491 Trailhead Lane in Prior Lake before that. It’s open Thursday-Friday 2-6 pm, and Saturday-Sunday 12-5 pm.
The 2020 Parade of Homes is taking place September 12 through October 4, each Thursday through Sunday, from noon to 6 pm. There’s also a Remodelers Showcase October 2-4, also from noon to 6 pm. The Parade offers a chance to tour 355 new homes, including the ones from Key Land Homes, as well as 43 remodeled homes, in communities across Minnesota. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore hundreds of homes online through virtual tours this year, including many of the Key Land Homes. The event is free and you can pick up free guidebooks at Holiday Station stores beginning August 31.
For everyone’s peace of mind and safety, there are precautions, which include a limit of 10 people inside a home at a time. Visitors are expected to bring their own mask and wear it at all times. Please also maintain six feet social distancing at all times, including waiting to enter the home and when talking to those working in the home. Please avoid touching surfaces and opening cabinets. Some small rooms may be roped off. High-contact surfaces will be cleaned regularly.
